Condo Complex consisting of 8 buildings with 4 condos each located at:

7008 Constitution Blvd. Fort Myers, FL 33912

Directions: (This works from the Ft. Myers’ airport too.)

1. Take I-75 South to FL.

2. Get off on Exit 128 in FL (next exit after Airport Exit) – which is Alico Rd. Make a right on to Alico Rd. toward Rt. 41 – which is about 3 miles.

3. Make a left on Rt.41 at the light.

4. Go about 1 mile to the first stop light – just past McDonald’s restaurant.

5. Make a left at that light on Constitution Blvd.

6. Go about 1/8 mile and the gray & white condos on the right is “ The Springs".

Sanibel and Captiva Islands are 25 minutes away; Ft. Myers, Bonita Beaches and Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) are 20 minutes; Cape Coral 30 minutes; Disney World, Epcot, Busch Gardens, Florida Keys are 4 to 5 hours away. Also find fine dining, fishing, swimming and Gulf water sports near by!

We have Snow Birds and vacationers stay with us from all over the world. Our heated pool and with San Carlos Golf Course just 10 minutes away, makes our small complex like a nice resort. Most of our condos are designated Non-Smoking and some accommodate small pets for a nominal charge.
